Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel your booking for any event without providing any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the day you made the booking.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your booking by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Please provide the following information:

•Event Name

•Booking Date

•Your Full Name

•Address

•Email Address

•Contact Number

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel your booking, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply in the following cases:

1. If the event is scheduled to take place within the cancellation period, and you have explicitly requested that we commence services immediately, you lose the right to cancel.

2. If the event is a personalized or bespoke service, tailored specifically to your instructions and specifications.
